GDPR and data rights
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Scope
This page explains how EU/EEA-style data rights apply to SimpleServers.host. It complements the Privacy Policy.
Legal bases
We process order, account, payment, subscription, and server-management data primarily to perform the hosting contract, secure the service, understand operational website traffic, keep required business records, and respond to support or administrative requests. Where optional marketing processing is introduced later, it should rely on a separate consent mechanism.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where retention is no longer required, restriction or objection where applicable, and a portable copy of data you provided. You may also withdraw consent for consent-based processing.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] with the request type and the email address used for the order or panel account. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before releasing or changing data.
International providers
Some processors or infrastructure providers may operate outside your country. Where required, transfers should rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or processor terms offered by the relevant provider.
Complaints
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may have the right to contact your local data protection authority. Please contact us first so we can investigate and correct issues quickly.
